We offer direct billing to select extended health insurers, inquire with your therapist for details.
We are not accepting ICBC or Worksafe claim at this time.
Accepted method of payment:
A minimum of 48 hours notice for any change or cancellation of an appointment is required. If 48 hours notice is not given, you will be charged for the missed appointment. You will receive a ‘No Show’ receipt for missed appointments, insurers will not be billed for 'No Show' appointments.
*Please note any treatment costs (insured or private) are ultimately the responsibility of the patient.
