We offer direct billing to select extended health insurers, inquire with your therapist for details.
Accepted method of payment:
A minimum of 24 hours notice or one full business day for any change or cancellation of an appointment is required. If 24 hours notice is not given, your appointment will be considered a ‘no show.’ The full treatment cost will be charged and is due prior to the next appointment. You will receive a ‘No Show’ receipt for missed appointments.
*Please note any treatment costs (insured or private) are ultimately the responsibility of the patient.
