Donna Hudon is a Registered Massage Therapist with over five years of additional Osteopathic training. She uses an osteopathic approach to treatment, engaging the body as a functional unit with the intent to offer lasting change.

Donna attended West Coast College of Massage Therapy and practiced for several years as an RMT.  Recognizing that there was much more to learn about the human body, Donna enrolled in the Canadian College of Osteopathy in 2004 and completed the 5th year classes and exams in 2009.  She has yet to complete a thesis for her DOMP designation.

Using a blend of various techniques such as myofascial release, joint mobilization, visceral manipulation, and cranial osteopathy, Donna uses a holistic osteopathic methodology to uncover patterns of strain that run through the entire body.

Donna involves clients through education, assessment, and reassessment to measure progress and support long-term rehabilitation.

After 21 years of practice as an RMT in Whistler and Vancouver, Donna is pleased to be back in her hometown serving the people of Penticton.

Dominique Cleary, RMT

With over a decade of experience in massage therapy, I am passionate about providing personalized, client-centered care that prioritizes communication and comfort. My journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to continuous learning, with a particular focus on persistent pain science over the past four years.

I specialize in treatments for pre- and post-mastectomy patients, having completed a six-monthtraining in pre- and post-operative chest massage through the Mastectomy Guide. Additionally, I offer tailored care for pregnancy, scar management, functional injuries, and postural concerns.

My goal is to create a safe, healing space where your nervous system can downregulate, promoting recovery and overall well-being.

One of the greatest joys of my career is the endless opportunity for growth and the ability to foster a supportive, nurturing environment in the treatment room. I firmly believe in the power of touch to heal both body and mind.

Outside the clinic, I love spending time outdoors hiking and walking, or relaxing with my dog and partner. Being new to the area, I’m excited to explore—so feel free to share your favorite local spots!

I look forward to working with you and supporting your journey to better health and wellness.

Michelle Knott, RMT

Michelle graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2015, and has enjoyed taking continuing education courses for pregnancy, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, fascial work and nerve manipulation.

Michelle believes in the power of personalized care and in taking the time to understand each client's unique needs and concerns. Whether addressing chronic pain, or providing relaxation and stress relief, she tailors her treatments to each individual to promote healing and restore balance in the body as whole. Treatment with Michelle will include evidence based therapy, and listening to her client's body and respecting their needs in that treatment. Because of this, she uses a variety of techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point release, neuromuscular therapy, dynamic release, joint mobilization, and Swedish massage to help slow down the mind and improve physical and mental wellness. If deemed appropriate, she also incorporates craniosacral therapy and/or visceral manipulation in her treatments for better body health and function.

Michelle's interests include working with old trauma injuries, nerve pain, pregnancy and visceral dysfunctions so your body can move more freely and create better muscle and joint function. Let's work towards a happier, healthier body together!
